Stakeholders and Project Management

Organizational Learning assets, expert judgment and stakeholders' influences are three running themes through the study of the project management knowledge and processes. The organizational learning issues has been discussed in an earlier article. The expert judgment issues will be discussed later. This article is about stakeholders in a project and their influences. How it is important to identify these stakeholders and assess, fairly accurately, their influences on a project is a key for the project manager for achieving project success.
